No income requirement for sc191

For those with sc491 and sc494 visa holders, the pathway to the Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) visa (subclass 191) is easier than the previous told by the immigration department.

There is no minimum income requirement for the Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) visa (subclass 191). But the primary applicants must provide notices of assessment issued by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) for three income years out of the five years of their eligible visa.
