Contributory Parent, Parent and Other Family visa caps 2024/2025 financial year

In the financial year 2024/2025, the cap for parent and other family visas is total 9000. The contributory parent visas including permanent and temporary visas (sc143, sc864, sc173, sc884) is capped for 6800 visas. While the non-contributory parent visas (sc103, sc804) is capped for 1700 visas. The other family visas including remaining relative visas and carer visas is capped for only 500 visas.

The current visa assessment for contributory visas is for the queue realse date up to Feb2018 (waiting time 14 years), while the non-contributory visas is Jan2013 (waiting time 31 years), the carer visas is Jul2023 (waiting time 8 years), remaining relative visas is Feb2013 (waiting time 27 years).
