Julia has lived in Australia for over 20 years, building a diverse career across international education, media, and real estate in both China and Australia. A graduate of South China University of Technology, she also holds double master’s degrees from the University of Queensland and Queensland University of Technology. She is a Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC) and a licensed real estate agent in Australia. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, Julia excels in cross-cultural communication and is highly skilled in consultation and client relations.

Over the years, she has not only helped international students successfully kickstart their study abroad journeys but has also provided practical advice on lifestyle, career, and property purchasing for new immigrants. Known for her warm, patient, and professional approach, Julia always puts herself in her students' shoes to design tailor-made study and pathway plans.
